REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Plants get damaged in shipping which will happen in very rare and extreme case only. If it happen the buyer need to do following things-:

  • Send the particular damaged plants picture via whatsapp or email, provided in home page within 6 hours.

  • Buyer can ask for refund of particular plant or have a re shipping of same plant.

  • No shipping charge will be refund.

  • No refund and return will be done other than damaged plant. 

  • No need to send buyer's damaged plant to seller.

  • Refund will be done within 7 working days only in bank account or upi provided by buyer.
